The man on the right in the pic (above) may look an awful lot like Trey Songz, but the R&B singer is flat out denying that it's him.

When the pic recently surfaced, rumors went viral claiming that Trey was seen kissing another man in what looks like the back of a cab.

Even though he's been battling gay rumors for years, Trey took to his Twitter to politely deny the whole thing, writing:

This is just NASTY!

Information has just been released about an arrest made back on August 22 involving Say Aah singer Trey Songz.

His album release party was being held the night of the 21st in a Queens strip club. And sometime between 4 and 4:15am the next morning, Trey found himself in a dirty altercation.

According to the victim, Trey threw a wad of bills at her WAY too hard. Or, as the police describe it:

Over the weekend, the Kansas City Chiefs linebacker, Jovan Belcher murdered his baby mama Kasandra Perkins after she got home late from a Trey Songz concert, and to make things worse, he committed suicide shortly after.
