And CERTAINLY not pushy paparazzi who get in her way while she's trying to go about her day!

That's right, the former Mrs. Tom Cruise was having NONE of it yesterday afternoon when a photographer got a little too up close and personal in her space while she tried to get into her car in Tribeca, NY yesterday afternoon, and went so far as to PUSH him out of her way!

For the amount of people who use Halloween as an excuse to dress up like celebrities, we doubt too many of them run into the actual people on which they're costume is based!

According to eye-witnesses, the actress and her daughter were enjoying dinner on Saturday night when a group of diners entered, two of whom wearing shirts that read "Free Katie" and "Save Suri," while another was dressed as Tom Cruise in Top Gun!

Last time she went stag, but for this NYC event, Vanessa Hudgens brought a date!

On Thursday night, the Spring Breakers starlet hit up the inaugural Not For Sale Gala with her boyfriend Austin Butler.

For the rooftop event, Vanessa starlet wore an AllSaints biker jacket, which covered up everything but the hem of her lace dress and Yves Saint Laurent pumps.

Austin complemented her in a gray suit that made his baby blues stand out.
