Yay! We no longer have to feel guilty about plucking our gray hairs!!
A recent analysis determined that plucking a single grey strand will NOT make more come back.
Trichologist Sandra Gilman noted:
"The only time more than one hair grows from one spot is when, for some undetermined reason, there is a merging of two hair follicles."
However, if you do decide to nip your greys, ot's recommended that you cut them at the root, since excessive plucking can cause the hair follicle to stop producing strands, thus creating bald spots.
