And it’s OVER!

For realz! Brandi Glanville is no longer going to slam LeAnn Rimes on TV, in interviews, on Twitter or in smoke signals!

Well, okay, technically she’s not done yet.

But once her book tour for Drinking & Tweeting is over, we won’t be hearing a single bad thing about Eddie Cibrian and his new missus ever again from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

Think we can fine her if she drops the L-word? We could maybe make a nice chunk of change!

Brandi made her big ol’ promise thanks to her new book that is putting the insults out there forever. She admitted:

THE LOVELY LADIES OF IDOL HAVE CALLED A TRUCE!

The joys of a sex tape silliness helped heal the wounds (at least momentarily), as Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey joked about Nicki's supposed adventurous home video.

During their latest rigorous round of press events leading up to the American Idol premiere, the gurls gushed on how they've made up, saying:

For a while, it had been well known that there was bad blood between Glee creator Ryan Murphy and Kings of Leon.

Then back in February, Gwyneth Paltrow mediated a truce between Ryan and the band via text messages.

Now, it looks like Murphy has taken further measures to bury the hatchet with the band by publicly apologizing to them:

“I didn’t speak with as much clarity as I would have liked. Who am I to say ‘F**k you?’ That’s not what I meant. I completely understand when artists don’t want a show or another artist to interpret their songs. In fact, I respect it. It’s their personal work and I’d feel the same way. We get turned down all the time and I don’t fight it or even go back after a rejection.”

“I’ve never felt that if you don’t give Glee your music, there’s something diabolical about you. To the contrary: I support artists and what they choose to do…I think Kings of Leon are cool as shit. The Foo Fighters are brilliant. We’d love to do one if their songs, if they were ever interested. But if it’s not their thing, then OK. I personally wish them luck and will still listen to their music."

We certainly give Ryan credit for making such a strong effort to make peace with Kings of Leon.

Hopefully everything will be cool between them from here on out…and who knows? MAYBE one day Kings of Leon will let Glee perform some of their music! Maybe…

Earlier today, we learned that LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, called a truce via Twitter.

Now, we've got more deets on their truce/cease-fire. Here's what a source had to say about it:

"They are trying to patch things up and it was big for Brandi when Eddie told her they had no plans to do a newly weds style reality show that had previously been widely reported."

“Obviously, Brandi was worried that this would have involved their sons, Mason and Jake, and she was relieved to find out they were not doing anything behind her back."

“This is what pre-empted their latest announcement and the two women are trying to get along better with one another now – they both realize mistakes were made in the past and all parties are trying to move on now.”

As we said before, we're glad to see them putting aside their differences in the name of peace.

Mature move, you two! We're proud!

What happened? No more truce???

Earlier today, we "learned" that Halle Berry and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry had decided to call a truce, in the best interest of their daughter Nahla.

Last we heard, they were heading to court to end the case, and Aubry had reportedly filed a motion to dismiss his request for spousal support from Halle.

Now, Halle has been granted permission to bring Nahla to NYC, so she can shoot New Year's Eve, a move which Gabriel had been trying to block.

Due to custody drama, Halle lost her role to Katherine Heigl, but apparently she's being given another role in the movie.

Here's what Halle's lawyer Neal Hersh had to say about it:

"We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue. The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue. Halle is very pleased with the judge's order."

At this point, Gabriel has withdrawn his custody petition, but his paternity suit continues.

This doesn't seem to coincide with what we've been hearing. Is the truce off? Or was it just not that strong of a truce to begin with? Is this war going to continue, but they'll just be NICER about it???
