YAY!!

This is for anyone look'n to slim down after these heavy holidays (so everyone). It's one of True Heart Events' Amy Malin's "fitting back into my skinny jeans" tips!

If you missed the first five, check them out here:

#1 Exercise earlier in the day and try the 4-minute Fat Blaster Workout.
#2 Eat before dinner, but don't skip out on it all together!
#3 Take small bites.
#4 Don't deprive yourself.
AND
#5 Chew gum when you're full.

Now, here's Amy's sixth and hottest tip yet:

#6 Work it off between the sheets.

Sex! I just said what you were all thinking! Enjoy working off the stuffing, sweet potatoes and marshmallows (my Thanksgiving favorite) and mashed potatoes with a little holiday lovin'!

Wait till you digested your food and then show your partner that you're most thankful for him or her with some sexy time. You'll never have more fun sweating away the calories and as your doctor will tell you, good ole fashioned S-E-X is really good for your heart and it stimulates "happy" chemicals in your brain, making you feel loved, protected and connected with your partner.

So light some candles, turn on some smooth tunes and enjoy!

You heard your orders parents! There's no time like the present! Get up and go start your slim down!!

EXCLUSIVE: Tips For New Mommies To Get Back Into Their Skinny Jeans Part 5!

amy-malin-true-heart-events.jpg

It's Perezitos.com correspondent True Heart Events' Amy Malin's "fitting back into my skinny jeans" tips!

If you missed them, here are Amy's first four tips:

#1 Exercise earlier in the day and try the 4-minute Fat Blaster Workout.
#2 Eat before dinner, but don't skip out on it all together!
#3 Take small bites.
#4 Don't deprive yourself.

And Amy's fifth fresh idea for getting skinny is….

#5 Stay minty fresh. I always pop a Starlight mint or piece of sugar free gum when I start to feel like I'm almost getting full. This is my little trick to have my mind tell my body, "there is no turning back now" and that I'm done eating because I've freshened my breath. Try it. It has worked for me for years!

Fresh breath AND a tight butt make a great combo! Srsly brilliant idea!

It's Perezitos.com correspondent True Heart Events' Amy Malin's "fitting back into my skinny jeans" tips!

To keep you updated, Amy's first three tips were:

#1 Exercise earlier in the day and try the 4-minute Fat Blaster Workout.
#2 Eat before dinner, but don't skip out on it all together!
#3 Take small bites.

And the magical fourth rule to getting back into your skinny jeans is:

#4 Indulge. That's right, enjoy a small slice of pumpkin or pecan pie. If you deprive yourself of something you're looking forward to, you're only going to make up it later by eating more of everything else which is actually worse.

Ha! That's our favorite one yet.

EXCLUSIVE: What Charities Won't Waste Your Money

amy-malin-true-heart-events.jpg

Q & A with Perezitos.com hostess with the mostest Amy Malin!

Amy works for top party planing company, True Heart Events, and seems to have all the right ideas for this holiday season!

One Perezcious reader asked amy:

"I was thinking about giving back and donating to a charity this holiday season. Any suggestions on what cause to help?"

Amy's answer:

This is a great question and something I'm actually asked all the time as I have helped raise tens of millions of dollars for non-profits throughout my career.

You do need to be very careful as you are correct in thinking that there are many charity scams out there. Unfortunately, many individuals and groups pose as non-profits and take in donations for selfish purposes instead of actually making a difference in the community.

A good resource you can use to check out a charity before you decide to donate or volunteer is Charity Navigator. It's a site that rates charities who have 501(c)3 status and are considered a public charity to which all donations are tax exempt. This will help you see how much money the charity makes each year and how much of the money they earn actually goes back to providing programs and services to the people their organization support.

For a more straight forward answer Amy gave us her 3 fave charities:

Children's Hospital Los Angeles:
The work they do to save lives and improve the quality of life for children with terminal and chronic illnesses is nothing short of miraculous. They never turn their back on a child in need.

Wounded Warrior Project:
This incredible non-profit takes care of injured service men and women who are risking their lives every day to fight for our freedom.

Thirsty Girl Films:
They're producing an inspiring documentary entitled "Gwapa" (Beautiful) which is the real-life story that follows two Filipino families and their struggle for a healthy future.
