Wait till you digested your food and then show your partner that you're most thankful for him or her with some sexy time. You'll never have more fun sweating away the calories and as your doctor will tell you, good ole fashioned S-E-X is really good for your heart and it stimulates "happy" chemicals in your brain, making you feel loved, protected and connected with your partner.
So light some candles, turn on some smooth tunes and enjoy!
