Green Card and Groundhog Day actress Andie MacDowell is selling her storybook mock Tudor estate for the asking price of $4.5 million.

Sitting on acres of land in Asheville, North Carolina, the 4-story house was built from scratch and is sized at an enormous 10,872 square feet. The home has 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathrooms, and 6 open fireplaces and overlooks the country club and golf course.

She originally purchased the plot 1998 for $790,000 and built the home to her specifications.

Incredible job. Seems a shame she's selling!
