This might seem pretty crazy, but we totally get doing anything for our pets.

A woman in Australia paid $200 to have a tumor removed from her pet goldfish George!! She loved George and had had him for ten years so she couldn't just let him suffer.

So she had a legit vet take her fish in for surgery! Like, real surgery, with anesthesia and all!

kathy bates cancer battle breast ovarian

It's breast cancer awareness month, and we are SO inspired by what we've seen from the month-long reminder so far! Everyone is very focused on getting out a message to those who need to know more about the subject, and we're very happy to hear from Kathy Bates about her struggles with cancer — and how it's a huge part of her family!

In 2003, Kathy had ovarian cancer, which she beat. Last year, they found a tumor in her breast, so she had a double mastectomy. She does what it takes to keep herself healthy and cancer free, even though apparently it runs rampant in her family!

Baby Koala Rescued From Power Lines!

Baby Koala rescued from power lines!!

Kai is a tiny, super cute baby koala bear!!

Kai was hanging out with her mama in Australia's Hunter Valley when the mom lost the use of her right foot.

The pair were stuck up a tree, dangerously close to some power lines.

Luckily, the Australian power company Ausgrid sent in a crew to safely get the koalas out of there!

Turns out Kai's mom couldn't move her leg because of a tumor!!

It's a good thing they were both sent to the vet after so the mama could be healed up and little Kai could get her front pawsies all bandaged up.

Ahhh! She's so insanely cute, especially with her little bandages.

So glad she's okay now! Way to go, Ausgrid!

Dr. Drew had his prostate removed but now he's cancer-free!!

We can't believe he kept this a secret!

Dr. Drew Pinsky has such an amazing story to tell and we're so happy he's sharing his knowledge with the world.

He helps so many people, so we're glad that there were some seriously brilliant doctors there for him when he needed it.

Dr. Drew just recently revealed that he suffered from prostate cancer and thankfully after a radical robotic prostatectomy earlier this year, he's cancer free!

He said:

"While many of you were celebrating the Fourth of July, I was at home on my couch recovering from a radical robotic prostatectomy. Four hours of surgery had left me in great pain, without an appetite, and in need of help from my college-age son, Jordan, to get up and lie down. But I was cancer-free for the first time in at least two years."

He wrote a personal blog post to tell his story.

Dr. Drew wanted people to hear about it directly from him, not from the media or anyone else.

He also wanted to raise awareness of the disease, saying:
