Once upon a time….
An evil witch cast an eeeevil spell on the heads of the CW network. This nasty enchantment caused the innocent network heads to consider canceling REALLY GOOD new shows, like their freshman Beauty And The Beast, before giving it a real chance.
But rejoice Beauty And The Beast fans! The spell has been broken!
The network has decided to give the fairytale drama a WHOLE season pick-up!
After a HUGE spike in the rating last week, the Kristin Kreuk / Jay Ryan starring series will broadcast a nine more episodes this year.
In the begging, B&TB was not doing to well with it's target audience. But now it's averaging about 2.4 million viewers and a 0.9 rating among adults 18-34 — which is kinda baller for a CW show.
Of course, there is a chance the evil witch will return before the show is given a second season… but who wants to worry about that now??

Wednesday night's premiere of American Horror Story: Asylum, the second chapter of the spooky anthology, was a scary success!
3.85 million viewers tuned in to watch Ryan Murphy's other, other TV show. That crazy number is A) the highest rating the show has EVER pulled in B) super impressive for a cable network!
Asylum's demo score was even nuttier. It won more people in the 18-49 demo than ABC’s Nashville AND NBC’s Chicago Fire.
Daaaymn. Ryan sure knows what he's doing!
This Horror Story must be terrifying the broadcast networks!

Arrow's premiere shot a bullseye in the ratings Wednesday.
The network's new adaptation of the Green Arrow superhero starring our boyfriend of the week, Stephen Amell, brought nearly 4 million viewers last night!
No CW show has had such an engorged audience since the debut of The Vampire Diaries back in 2009!
Guys seem to like Arrow because of it's comic-y, superheroness. While the ladies get down with the show because of fiiiii(with five 'i's) Mr. Amell's superstudlyness!
It appears the network finally realized that

Bill Clinton has met his match!
CNN's coverage of Slick Willy's DNC speech tied in ratings TLC's presentation of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo!
That mean Americans are equally as interested in child beauty pageant contest Alana Thompson and her genetically diverse family as they are with with the former President of the country.
What's worse (yes it gets worse) is last week Honey Boo Boo was the HIGHEST rated cable show in it's night. Ratings for the Republican National Convention's coverage didn't tie, or even come close to the amount of viewers Honey Boo Boo and her pig pulled it!
WTF?? THIS IS AN ELECTION YEAR PEOPLE!!
Our suggestion to Americans:
