Kinda makes you not want to call the popular ride-sharing company ever again — Lyft, here we come! LOLz!
A woman by the name of Jaime Hessel complained to Uber about a ride she had last month in New York. After receiving her complaint, the company promised to give her credit for a future ride.
However, that credit never came. So, Jaime did what any other customer would do and contacted them again — which she probably shouldn't have done because they sent her an email saying she was charged $16,000 for the ride.
That's right, $16,000. That's enough to make anyone go berzerk!
