All of you Lord of the Rings fans will have to wait a little bit longer to see The Hobbit. Peter Jackson is in the hospital, and filming won't happen until he gets out.
Jackson was rushed to the hospital last night after he started feeling acute stomach pains — it turns out they were from perforated stomach ulcer.
Doctors say he should make a quick and full recovery.
Interestingly enough, JRR Tolkien, the author the Lord of the Rings, suffered from a perforated ulcer before dying in 1973.
We’re glad to hear that he’s recovering! And we’re sure that millions of fans out there are as well!
