A more defined Russell Brand hung out at his temporary home in Miami on Sunday to relax from the busy work week he spent filming Rock of Ages.
Has he been working out lately?
The actor and comedian lounged shirtless in white yoga pants on his back patio where he took time to center himself with a meditation session.
Check out more pics of Russell relaxing with his shirt off below!

Thank goodness.
Prime Minister David Cameron is joining Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button to launch the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety in order to reduce fatal crashes.
Road deaths are the number one killer of people over 10 worldwide, so action NEEDS to be taken!
This is a good first step!

Not. Cool.
Earlier this week, we were very happy to report that Barack Obama is calling for "the United Nations' top human rights body to combat discrimination against gays and lesbians around the world."
Here's what the Vatican's Archbishop Silvano Tomasi had to say in response:
"People are being attacked for taking positions that do not support sexual behavior between people of the same sex. When they express their moral beliefs or beliefs about human nature…they are stigmatised, and worse, they are vilified, and prosecuted."
Way to come to the defense of HATE, Vatican.
We are NOT impressed.

This is exactly what we like to hear!
Today, President Barack Obama will call for "the United Nations' top human rights body to combat discrimination against gays and lesbians around the world."
Obama wants "nations to end any criminal punishments against lesbians, gays and bisexuals," and he's asking "the global body to review how governments treat them in the UN's human rights assessments. "
Currently, this declaration by the U.S. has support from over 80 countries.
Here's what deputy assistant secretary of state for international organizations Suzanne Nossel had to say on the subject:
"We are very concerned that individuals continue to be killed, arrested and harassed around the world because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This statement sends a strong message from across the globe that such abuses should not be tolerated."
Way to go, Obama! We're very happy to hear this! We hope your presentation to the UN goes very well!
EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL!

Check out George Clooney on the cover of the new issue of Newsweek (above).
He's been getting lots of press lately after visiting Sudan to work with the UN and Google on launching satellite surveillance of the area to prevent a civil war from breaking out.
While in Sudan, he contracted Malaria, which got him even more attention.
My, how things change! Just think…this time last year, George was all over the news for his Up In The Air Oscar nomination.
Wonder what he'll be up to this time NEXT year…

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are backing the U.N. in their fight against human trafficking, an atrocity that affects an estimated 2.5 million people in the world.
The duo spoke briefly at the launch of the new U.N. Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking, where U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon outlined a new global action plan for countries and organizations to coordinate efforts against organized sexual exploitation and forced labor.
"Help us spread the awareness and bring a spotlight on this atrocious issue," Moore said, with Kutcher adding: "we are failing option-less victims."
The duo has been busy all year combating this issue and creating the Demi & Ashton Foundation, which combats the organized sexual exploitation of girls around the globe.
This couple is so great! Despite the media whirlwind they’re going through, they’re still able to focus on charity!
