After declaring bankruptcy in February and spending the last 10 months of his life begging the courts for fiscal mercy, the 68 year-actor found a small reprieve when the judge waved around $50k of his tremendous debt!
That's only a fraction of the problem, however — Gary still owes over $450,000 in state and federal taxes and those burdens will NOT be waived!!
We aren't sure what he might do next, but thankfully he remains in good spirits.
