If you don’t follow Lourdes Leon’s blog, Material Girl, you are seriously missing out!
In her latest write up, Madonna’s eldest child tells us all about what it feels like to be a high school grad, how prom was, and about a music festival she attended.
Well, unfortunately Lola must have missed the buzz her momma created with her prom pics that seemed to show some underage drinking going on. We sincerely hoped that wasn’t the case, but when Lourdes began describing her prom experience, she may have let the cat out of the bag!
The drinking age in London is not quite the same in America, and Tom Daley found that out the hard way. At least we think he did!
The 19-year-old Olympian is currently training at the University of Houston, and it seems like he wanted to let out some steam by going clubbing!
Naturally, he decided to hit up Houston's gayborhood Montrose and headed to the local 18+ gay clubs, South Beach and Blur Bar. But, our sources say that little Tommy was KICKED OUT of Blur Bar, which is odd considering they were 18 and over clubs. It makes us wonder if he was kicked out for underage drinking!
Unfortunately, his boyfyDustin Lance Black wasn’t there with him to help diffuse the situation, but we still got our ‘Daley’ dose of hawtness from this pic he took with fans (above), so who are we to complain!
Whether or not he was really booted for drinking, we think this kid is doing just swimmingly with all he's had to deal with in the past couple of weeks!
He reportedly was busted for minor in possession of alcohol in 2001 (when he was 19-20 years old), for unlawful use of a license in 2002, and seven times for speeding between 2000-2012. He was even charged with leaving the scene of an accident once before in 2002, but that was later amended.
But those violations pale in comparison to the bust that could damn him to a murder charge. As we previously reported, he's already been busted for a DUI (though it was called an OWI in Iowa) back in 2005. He got 60 days in jail, a year probation, and a fine of $500.
Doesn't seem like much of a penalty to us. But it could change everything for him now. Legal expert Troy Slaten explained to E! News why:
