Scout Willis has made a deal!

You may remember when Scout got busted for underage drinking and, adding insult to injury, whipped out a fake ID for the police officer.

Well, Scout and her lawyers have worked out a deal where she'll do some community service, and as long as she stays out of trouble for six months - all of this will be wiped off her record.

Sources say that it was Scout's squeaky clean record and outstanding grades at Brown that convinced the judge not to send Scout to jail.

Stay out of trouble, Scout, ya hear!!

Scout Willis doesn't want a criminal record for drinking in public.

The 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis & Demi Moore was charged with two misdemeanor counts for drinking alcohol in public and giving the police a fake ID, but has refused a plea deal

Oh dear.

Bruce Willis & Demi Moore's daughter Scout Willis has been arrested.

The 20-year-old was picked up by the fuzz after they caught her drinking an 8 oz. Pakistani beer in Union Square Monday night.

Scout tried to flash the police a fake ID which is a big NO NO.

The name on the fake ID was Katherine Kelly which also lost her points with the cops for lack of creativity.

After further questioning the star daughter finally 'fessed to the cops and supposedly said:

"The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me."

Come on, Scout! Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy.

She was charged for criminal impersonation and for having an open container in public.

Since she studies at an ivy league school, we're assuming she's normally a smart girl and just made a boneheaded move.

That's what we like to call a FAIL.

Miley was spotted leaving a Mexican restaurant with her beau Liam Hemsworth and parents Billy Ray and Tish after a family double date.

The young star had some trouble leaving the restaurant, stumbling into Liam's arms.

After being spotted by photogs, she said, "Too many margaritas."

Uh oh! We remeber last time she said something like that…

Was Miley sch-wasted? What do U think?

Spotted: Miley Cyrus knocking back a Corona while at a club in Madrid, Spain last night, where the legal drinking age is 18 (but often overlooked).

Isn't she just a delicate little flower??

18 year old Jessica Halter was arrested on Saturday night during her High School Prom after a drunken meltdown of Lindsanity proportions!

According to reports, Halter had already gotten her drunk on in a big way when she was approached and questioned by her principal, to which she responded:

"You are fucking bitches, this is my prom, I'm not drunk."

LOLz!

Police were called to the scene, and girlfriend then refused a breathalyzer test. That's apparently when things got ugly!

Halter attempted to SWING a chair at the cops, and then accidentally hit herself and got a nose bleed! The fuzz finally managed to handcuff her while she was "kicking, screaming, spitting and thrashing about."

When that didn't work, she "let her legs go limp" and the cops had to carry her ass out of the prom. We can only that imagine she didn't take too kindly to that, because she then "cleared her throat and spit a bloody ball of spit" at one of the officers, and once secured in the cruiser, "continued to spit blood on windows, the divider, and the roof."

WTF!

LOLz!

Charming, right?

Halter was charged with assaulting a cop, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and underage drinking!

We personally don't know whether to be terrified of her, fascinated, or both.
