We know what you're thinking, but this doesn't seem to be an April Fools' Prank at all!
According to reports that came out hours before the prank-themed holiday even began, Disney is throwing serious shade at one of the biggest DJs around.
Late last week the trajillion dollar company's lawyers notified the U.S. Trademark Office that they were looking into Deadmau5's trademarked mouse head (not literally, LOLz), presumably because it looks so much like their portrait of the super-iconic Mickey Mouse.

The take-over continues!
The US Patent Office has officially granted Facebook's application for the trademark for the word "face," despite it being opposed by Aaron Greenspan, the man who took Mark Zuckerberg to court over the social networking site's creation back in the day!
However, the Patent Office, or USPTO, has granted the site a Notice of Allowance, which means that so long as they pay an issue fee to them within the next three months, the word "face" belongs to Facebook so long as it involves "[t]elecommunication services, namely, providing online chat rooms and electronic bulletin boards for transmission of messages among computer users in the field of general interest and concerning social and entertainment subject matter, none primarily featuring or relating to motoring or to cars."
Well, so much for any chance at copycat social networking sites!
