The super elegant and not tacky at all wine company Vampire Vineyards has filed a lawsuit against Martha Stewart and her company, Omnimedia, because they claim that she has been behind a "malicious" smear campaign!

The lawsuit claims that Martha - who makes Gallo wine - is jealous of her competitor's sales, and has created and sold knock-off bottles with Vampire Vineyard labels to "to disparage and tarnish [Vampire's] wine brands by portraying a mock label of Vampire Vineyards affixed to cheap, non-descript wine and spirits products."

LOLs! Seriously??

We have a hard time believing that Martha Stewart would single out any other wine company - let alone one that is tacky enough to cash in on the vampire craze to move their product - and attempt to ruin their street cred!

She's a scary bitch, but wouldn't she go after a label a little clASSier?!

What do U think?? Is Martha misbehaving again??
