Blake Shelton was given the task of re-imagining the classic Kenny Loggins jam Footloose for the remake of the classic movie and we have to hand it to him … it's not half-bad.

Here's hoping we'll be able to say the same when the movie comes out!

This is an "acoustic" version of Jerome, and by "acoustic" we mean not because of an acoustic guitar and more that the performance is pretty bare-bones.

Which is haunting, and the video goes perfectly hand-in-hand with that feeling!

Wow! What a welcome surprise to come literally out of the blue!

It's no secret that Britney Spears has been through some pretty serious shiz as far as her personal life is concerned, and although it seems like decades ago given how well she she's doing now, it was only back in 2007 that she was in the middle of a full-blown meltdown - and also getting ready to drop her fifth studio album, and arguably her best to date, Blackout!

Unfortunately, there was pretty much no promotion done on the record, given the pop star's mental state at the time - with the exception of two pretty shiteous music videos and one disastrous VMA performance - but for whatever reason, an alternative cut of gurlfriend's music video for her lead single off the album, Gimme More, has hit the net - and we have to say, it's a SERIOUS improvement!

Ch-ch-check out the clip (above), which has cut out the bizarre "Blonde Britney" storyline and added different footage, including our gurl taking her ferocity to the streets and unwinding after a long day in her bedroom!

So inneresting to see what might have been!

But WHY on Earth was this not the version released? It's so much better!

Wow! It's crazy how much this changes the complete tone of the song!

Apparently, long before B.o.B. recorded his now-hit track, Airplanes, with Hayley Williams of Paramore and Eminem, his labelmate, Lupe Fiasco, was offered the song, and even recorded his own verses before ultimately passing on it!

Luckily, his version has leaked, and you can listen to it (above)!

Inneresting! There's obviously a lot more energy on the B.o.B. version…but there's something about the mood of this one, a sadness that keeps us hitting the re-play button over and over again!

It would been very cool to hear a finalized version of this on Lasers!

Ke$ha has just announced that she will be releasing a new album on March 22nd, titled I Am The Dance Commander + I Command You To Dance: The Remix Album, which will feature redone tracks by DJ Skeet Skeet, Fred Falke, Dave Aude, and Switch, as well as a previously unreleased live version of Fuck Him He's A DJ!

Ha! Sounds like a pretty colorful variety of tunez! Definitely worth a listen!

We guess it just couldn't stay off the air!

The UK version of Big Brother, which ended its run on England's Channel 4 in September of 2010, will reportedly be brought back to life once again on Channel 5!

According to reports, the network's boss Richard Desmond is 'on the verge' of signing a deal with Endemol for the rights to reality competition. Commercial terms of the contract have been agreed upon both sides, and now all that's needed for things to be finalized are the proper signatures!

Sources have revealed that the contract is expected to last as long as five years, with the option for it to be reduced if it doesn't do as well as they expect it to! They've also allegedly bought the rights to Celebrity Big Brother.

Inneresting! We'll be curious to see how much viewership it garners, given the length of its hiatus off the air!

People get pretty into that show, so we imagine that they won't have even problems maintaining that five year contract!
