Grease's Jeff Conaway has gone home after a stay in a nursing facility after suffering a broken hip from a serious fall.

"Jeff is at home with Vikki [Lizzi, his girlfriend], continuing to work on getting stronger and weaning himself off the pain medicine," his manager reveals.

Last month Conaway said he was trying to cut back on the pain meds even though he was injured, but he did admit to being on OxyContin and methadone.

We hope he's able to continue successfully on the road to recovery!
