In a super exclusive interview with Vinny Guadagnino, the former Jersey Shore star admitted that he went on a food binge after he filmed the last season of JS, but now that he has a new show, The Show with Vinny, he revealed that he's back on a diet.

The 25-year-old hottie brought his darling mom and uncle along for the interview, which was quite adorable because they kept interrupting everything that Vinny was talking about.

Guadagnino was trying to reveal how he eats now, but his mother would say things like "you're not on a diet," you were on a "binge," and you just don't eat anything with "yeast." LOLz

And to top off the interview, Vinny and his mother give props to Perez because of how he turned his bod around.

Awww!!! We just fell in love with the reality star all over again!!

He coached team New York at Operation Hat Trick at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on Saturday night — and we gotta say, the job looks pretty good on him! He looks happy!

Then Vinny Guadagnino, Pauly D, and JWoww shot some hoops and rode some bikes in circles, just, y'know, living the good life.

At least they're outside getting Fresh Jersey Air* and being a little bit active!

Who knew that Vinny Guadagnino would be such a good voice for people with anxiety out there??

As unexpected as it is, we're loving that the Jersey Shore star is using his fame this way!

On Thursday night's episode, Vinny unapologetically explained to the house why he wanted to leave the Shore to get better. It was a powerful moment with a powerful message for a show that prides itself on people doing terrible things.

It was unexpected and fantastic, and could be the best episode the show has ever had.

After the show, Vinny publicly release his new website, halfofus.com/vinny. It's a place for people to learn more about stress and anxiety. It also serves as a catalyst for people to speak up about their own struggles and provide info on how to get help!

While we love this and are glad that it's happening, we wish the show would take a page from it and realize that it can be a source of positivity for important things, not just a huge mess of people getting drunk and acting like idiots.

How amazing would it be if that happened??

Of course, they'd have to keep most of the dramz — but tackling issues in the house could be a mesmerizing thing.

The panel will be discussing the themes of the original movie, as well as offering up advice for those who are actually experiencing similar problems!
