It may be semi sorta legal in California to indulge in the heady mistress that is Marijuana, but it's still pretty frowned upon in the rest of the country, Chris Brown!!
During Breezy's probation hearing Monday in Los Angeles, Judge Patricia Schnegg revealed the rapper had failed a random drug test he was given while partaking in community service in his home state of Virginia.
The honorable Judge reprimanded Chris, stating:

On Sunday night's episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim Kardashian finally saw her W magazine spread and was shocked.
Says Kim:
"Oh my God, I'm more naked that I was in Playboy. I'm so mad right now. [The magazine] promised I would be covered with artwork — you can see the nipples! The whole concept was sold to me that nothing would be seen. I feel so taken advantage of … I've definitely learned my lesson. I'm never taking my clothes off again, even if it's for Vogue."
