Yesterday we told you about how CoverGirl had their Baltimore Ravens "Get Your Game Face On" ad hijacked by Twitter, and photoshopped with a black eye over the model.

You know, because the NFL apparently doesn't feel too strongly about domestic violence, as we learned with this whole Ray Rice fiasco!

Well, it created a PR nightmare for the beauty company, and they released a statement about their partnership with the league, saying:

It's about time someone got angry and said what everyone else is too afraid to say, and that's exactly what Cris Carter did.

In the wake of the horrific Ray Rice domestic violence scandal, the NFL had yet another ugly incident on its hands as Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was indicted for child abuse for hitting his son with a "switch," or a tree branch.

Well ESPN analyst Cris Carter decided to speak out about scandal and he did NOT pull any punches! In an emotional segment, the former wide receiver said:

Adrian Peterson Is Under Investigation For The Alleged Abuse Of A Second Child!

UPDATE: According to sources, the following case failed to go anywhere because Adrian did NOT hit the boy in the forehead, but rather the child accidentally hit his head on a carseat while Adrian was discipling him. 

Apparently, in accordance with Texas law, sources said the form of discipline was "not impermissible."

Wow, this just makes us feel nauseous.

According to a report, ​Adrian Peterson is under investigation for yet another child abuse case centered around one of his children.

According to KHOU, this new investigation focuses on an event that that allegedly transpired last June.

Allegedly, Adrian's 4-year old son returned to his mom (a different mother than that of the other alleged victim) with a scar on his forehead, and although Adrian reportedly texted her that his son had hit his head on a car seat, after being questioned further, Adrian allegedly admitted to having hit the child.

Every time a celeb gets into trouble, they have to give a statement to settle the public down, only in this case, it's not doing much.

Adrian Peterson was indicted for child abuse late last week, and after some startling photos of his 4-year-old's injuries came out, he was benched for the Minnesota Vikings game.
