The Elektra star was spotted picking up Seraphina and Violet from their martial arts class in Santa Monica this weekend.

The girls decided to try some homework- doing balancing exercises on the platform outside while they waited for Mom to get there.

Their orange and yellow belts were bright and festive like easter egg paint, but don't let them fool you-

Being a mom can be hard work, but Jennifer Garner really gets a kick out of it!

The Alias star was spotted braving a party with her adorable daughter Violet Affleck!

Sure it was a party for first graders, but it was still crazy dangerous- it was held at Emery Academy of Martial Arts!

A martial arts party?! Neat!

We bet they played awesome games, like "Pin The Throwing Star On The Donkey" and sang songs like "For He's A Jolly Good Sensei"!

After his recent "kicking" incident, we wonder if Dad Ben Affleck shouldn't have just come here instead!

Of course, a black belt wouldn't really have gone with his shoes…
