Finally some good legal news for Lindsay Lohan!

A Florida judge has dismissed the contract and trade secrets lawsuit filed by chemist Jennifer Sunday and her company White Wave International, citing lack of personal jurisdiction.

The 2009 lawsuit accused Lohan and her Sevin Nyne business partner Lorit Simon of developing a nearly identical spray tan formula after obtaining samples from Sunday.

Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington also ruled Lindsay's not liable for any breach of contract since she only has indirect ownership of Lorit LLC.

One lawsuit down, and so many more to go.
