Elle Fanning Almost Looks Average In Santa Barbara
It's always a treat to see Elle Fanning on the red carpet.
You never know when she'll bring out the crazy!
At the Santa Barbara Film Festival on Tuesday, the 14-year-old looked, well, normal and kinda average in a sleeveless white A-line Rochas dress as she attended the Virtuosos Awards.
The richly embroidered frock hit right below the knee and featured a pleated skirt, skinny belt, and side pockets.
However, Elle didn't play it totally safe as she paired the delicate dress with Victorian-style white lace-up Rochas boots.
Neon green eyeliner, rosy cheeks, and pin-straight hair completed her look.
Sans the boots, this outfit is actually pretty straight-forward!
