Australia has got their eye on Kim K.

And not in a good way.

The Land Down Under has put Kim Kardashian on a watch list due her recent trips to Australia.

Most recently, Kim said her last trip was for pleasure but in actuality, it was business.

Very high profile and heavily promoted business in fact.

The country has

MORE Chezza/X Factor Drama!

x-factor-usa-does-not-want-to-pay-cheryl-cole

We had a feeling that this was going to get ugly.

Although many assumed that Cheryl Cole would immediately return to England after her abrupt firing as a judge on the US version of The X Factor, she and the show's producers are apparently in a nasty stand-off - because they don't want to pay her for her position, despite her moving across the world and even buying a home here in El Lay!

A source with the production company, Freemantle, has flat-out denied that the singer's been fired, and in order to avoid breaching her contract, they've made arrangements for her to meet with the U.S. consulate in London to apply for a visa.

Meanwhile, sources in Cheryl's camp claim that she plans to do just that, because she intends to be compensated “as a matter of principle. … She moved her whole life to Los Angeles. He [Simon Cowell] thinks he can move people around like chess pieces.”

We can't say we blame her! We wouldn't want to have moved to a foreign country with the expectations of a job, only to be told that it wasn't working out and we weren't going to get paid!

Shady shady shady!

Here's hoping that they can reach some sort of amicable resolution, though at this point we seriously doubt that's going to happen!

What do U think?? Should Chezza get paid/remain on the judges panel??

There May Be Hope For X Factor Contestant Facing Deportation!

Filed under: Legal MattersPolitikX FactorReality TV

She may have a chance yet!

Despite X Factor contestant Gamu Nhengu being eliminated from the competition and currently facing deportation, her family's lawyer is apparently ready to battle the courts to ensure that they can stay in the UK!

It was reported earlier that Nhengu's mother, Nokuthula Ngazana, was allowed to live in the country with her daughter as her dependant while she was a nursing student, but was her application for a visa was denied because she allegedly claimed benefits that she wasn't qualified for.

Their lawyer, Frances Farrell, explains:

"It's difficult for me to comment without seeing the written decision but I think their position is going to be that the original application was not on time. That then deprives my client of her normal full rights of appeal to the immigration tribunal. If that is the case, if she has been deprived by the Home Office of her right to appeal, let me make it crystal clear that we will be fighting this all the way to the Court of Session in Edinburgh by judicial review. There was a very slight error due to bank details, but the Home Office led us to believe that was no longer a problem, and I was fully expecting this visa to be granted. She was advised initially by her accountant to apply for working tax credits and then in actual fact was told by the Inland Revenue that she was fully entitled to this. She did everything absolutely above board."

And even politicians are speaking out on behalf of the reality star and her family!

Keith Brown, who is a member of Scottish Parliament, says:

"I have known her for a number of years and heard her sing many times. She is the kind of hardworking talent we should have in Scotland. Her mother has always been described to me as a model and hardworking student who is now serving as a nurse, and if there are any problems over the family's status we should work to resolve them, not see them sent away. UK immigration and the Home Office need to explain why a talented and hardworking family is facing this situation."

We're thrilled that Nhengu's noteriety is getting this situation the press it deserves!

It would be so unfortunate to see them deported, especially if this was all a miscommunication, as their lawyer is claiming!

Makes us wonder how many other families are forced to leave under similar circumstances! Hopefully this incite the government to pay closer attention to those who would normally otherwise fall through the cracks of the system!

What do U think?? Should Nhengu and her family get to stay in UK??

Russell Brand's Arrest May Affect US Visa!

We bet Katy would be heartbroken!

It seems that Russell Brand's arrest at LAX this weekend may affect his career and love life in America. Immigration officials are investigating the incident and his visa might even be revoked.

A spokesperson for the US Citizen and Immigration Services said:

"We are looking into this…A charge of battery could result in a conviction for an aggravated felony. Any kind of criminal conviction can lead to a visa being revoked. If a visa is revoked, the person will then be placed in deportation proceedings and this could lead to them being asked to leave the country and not return."

Oh no! We hope he's got the best lawyers on the case.

Credit Cards Are Out, Smartphones Are In!

Discover and Barclays Bank are teaming up with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile in a "super-secret alliance," which will give their customers access to a new technology that will allow them to buy stuff off of their iPhone, BlackBerry, and other smartphones.

Consumers will be able to "wave and pay," without needing to swipe their credit card.

With Discover currently the fourth biggest credit card company, behind Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, the company is hoping to take "dead aim" at their competitors by offering the new technology.

In fact, shares for Visa and MasterCard have already dropped since the news was leaked.

According to insiders, "this is a game changer."

Watch the clip (above) and see how this new "contactless" swipe works. Pretty neat!

Chris Brown Turned Away From UK!

ririwenn5429682.jpg

It's great to be a superstar. It's better when a superstar is a complete asswipe and gets treated as such, regardless of being a superstar!

Smiles all around because Chris Brown had that exact thing happen to him!

Chris has been denied a visa to visit the UK, subsequently canceling his upcoming tour overseas.

The reason? We bet you can guess…

Because he beat the hell out of Rihanna, that's why! The UK is smart enough to see that even after all this time, Beat-Her-Down needs to be reminded that he is trash for what he did. Officials released this statement about his visa, saying:

"We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns … Each application to enter the UK is considered on its individual merits."

And when someone has no merit, they are DENIED!

Ha! Sucks to be you!

Well, actually, it sucks to be the handful of people that were going to his show. We hear that no refunds are being given out as they intend to "reschedule" the tour dates.

Are you going to fly all those people over to America to see him???
