For the sixth straight year, we took our talented friends to Austin and blew everyone's minds with SXSW's most ass-kicking event!

Words haven't been invented to accurately describe the awesomeness of Sunday's One Night In… Austin partAAy, but we will try and paint a picture of the gloriousness anyway!!

There was fabulous music and delicious drinks! Our favorite celebz mingled with our perezilicous fans!

Fall Out Boy surprised the crap out of everyone by playing a fabulous set!

And, best of all, we raised over $53,000 for two of our fantastic charities!!!

It's true!!

In addition to showcasing the most anticipated performances at SXSW, our event successfully raised $53,000 for VH1 Save The Music Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America's public schools and GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring safe schools for all and creating a world in which every child learns to respect and accept all people, regardless of sexual orientation!

We're proud to have collected so much cash for such great causes, but we certainly couldn't have done it alone!

We couldn't have thrown such an amazing party and raised so much money without

Rihanna is a tropical beauty in her new ad campaign as the spokeswoman for Vita Coco Coconut Water.

Teaming up again with photographer Terry Richardson, RiRi wore a super cute custom pineapple print two-piece looking fresh and fierce and ready to hit the beach.

All that coconut water must be giving her those long, beautiful shiny legs!

Vita Coco Coconut Water Faces $5 Million Lawsuit

Vita Coco water

Following the revelation that Vita Coco coconut water isn't as hydrating as the beverage's nutrition label claims, the company has been slapped with a $5 million PLUS class-action lawsuit!

See kids! This is why you should never lie!

The suit alleges a "confidential witness" says the company behind the drink, All Market Inc., "knew or should have known" that the electrolytes were between 35%-82% lower than its nutrition label "for years."

The court papers that accuse All Market Inc. of deceptive trade practices, false advertising and fraud, continued to read:

"This witness was specifically told that the packaging used and preservatives in Vita Coco products degrade the nutritional contents."

The lawsuit doesn't seem to be intimidating the company, as a spokesman denied the damaging accusations, saying:

"We are confident that Vita Coco continues to be an excellent, all natural source of hydration and that our products' nutrition labels are accurate and in compliance with the FDA. In fact, Vita Coco coconut water is regularly reviewed by an independent third party to ensure the electrolyte levels stated on our nutritional label are consistent with the amount in our coconut water."

We wonder how the company's celebrity investors Madonna, Demi Moore, and Rihanna feel about this!

Leading Coconut Water Missing 35%-82% Of Nutrition Printed On Label!

Rihanna water

Anyone shelling out extra money for "nutrient-packed" and "mega-electrolyte" filled Vita Coco coconut water may want to save their money and stick to regular water instead.

Despite the company's healthy promises of the drink being a natural alternative to sugary sports drinks, a new study has found the amount of electrolytes in Vita Coco was between 35%-82% lower than its nutrition label suggests!

Although the beverages sugar and potassium count was accurate, researchers found Vita Coco was seriously lacking in two nutrients responsible for rehydration!

Sodium was 82% lower than the label suggested, while magnesium was 35% lower!

This isn't the end of the world for most people indulging in the drink Rihanna gets paid to promote, but experts say:

"When something like this becomes wildly popular, people have a tendency to look at the claims rather than reality. If you're working out and sweating a lot, this isn't going to do the trick."

If you love the taste coconut water has to offer, switch from Vita to Zico Natural which contained the stated amount of potassium, sugar, sodium, and magnesium.
