Last we heard from these two, there was some SERIOUS drama going on between them.

Now, it looks like the drama continues between Halle Berry and her ex/baby's daddy Gabriel Aubry.

It appears that Gabriel is bringing a hell of a fight to Berry, as he's hired lawyers in both California and Canada to help him win custody of the former couple's two and a half year old daughter, Nahla.

Here's a statement that Halle released regarding Aubry:

"[She has] serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her."

Here's what a source had to say about Halle's statement:

"Halle has gone too far this time. Attacking Gabriel and accusing him of being an unfit father is totally below the belt and completely without merit. He's going to give as good as he gets. There's no way he is going to allow Halle to take his daughter away from him."

More from the source on Gabriel's desire to gain full custody:

"It's obvious to Gabriel that Halle is using their daughter to get to him, and there's no way on Earth he is going to allow that to happen."

"He is going to do all in his power to keep Nahla in his life — whatever that entails. Gabriel believes he can provide Nahla with a much more stable, consistent home life than Halle. He is willing to totally put his career on hold to care for her, whereas Halle is constantly traveling around the world and working on film sets."

"If she wants to fight dirty he has all kind of weapons in his arsenal that he can, and will, use. Gabriel has some really embarrassing emails and voicemails from Halle that there is no way she would want being made public — things that really will show her true side and how manipulative, controlling, mean and self-obsessed she can be."

"If he is forced to he will go all out to make sure the truth is known and that ultimately his daughter is protected and properly cared for."

"She's obviously trying to build a case that Gabriel is an unfit father, and good luck with that! This guy is one of the most down to Earth, regular, bordering on boring men I know. She'll really have to go some to dig up even a parking ticket. He's as clean cut as they come."

Looks like this one is going to get increasingly ugly.

Such a shame! When we first heard from these two, it sounded like all things custody might go smoothly between them.

Now, we've got another Mel/Oksana on our hands! Scary!

Wow! This could explain why his kids and mom didn't think that it was him!

Source close to the production of Michael Jackson's posthumous album, Michael, claim that the singer was apparently so concerned about his new material being leaked before it was released that he sang a portion of the songs over VOICEMAIL directly to his producers!

The insider explains:

"A large chunk of the album came from voice mails. Michael was certain new stuff would get out so he decided to sing lyrics down the phone. After Michael's death last year there were question marks over whether the messages would be able to be used. Record bosses were worried whether it would come off at all. Luckily it did, but it hasn't been an easy process."

WTF?

Well no wonder there's so much confusion over authenticity!

We're surprised that they were able to salvage as much as they did!

Unbelievable. Couldn't there have been an easier way to record the vocals privately?

Just another reason they should have never tried to release any new material to begin with!

We guess he can't use the nicotine excuse anymore!

The hurricane of hate and douchery that is Mel Gibson got one last breath of air this morning, when yet another audio clip of the psychotic actor leaked onto the net!

In this voicemail, MELtdown just spews some more crazy at Oksana Grigorieva and again, blames her for his instability and abuse, takes some shots at her ex Timothy Dalton and says he regrets having a child with her!

Oh, and the phrase "glum cunt" is thrown into the mix, too! How colorful!

Hopefully this will be the last of them, because frankly, we've heard enough of his bullshit hate to last us a lifetime, thank you very much!
