It's a sad fact. In most of the world, women earn less than men.

According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the median woman's salary is about 7% lower than her male counterpart.

But moms make even less! Closer to 22% lower!

But remember, this 15% drop is the world median! In Ireland, a mother can expect to drop a whopping 31%! (Though it should be noted that Ireland is one of the countries where women actually start on top!)

But the question is simple for women who plan on being moms- Where can we go to find the smallest drop in pay?
