Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin is a fugitive from the law!

After pleading guilty to felony cocaine possession, the singer was ordered to enroll in rehab.

Despite the lenience of the sentence, Mudd Wes has already missed his first appointment to check in with the court on his progress.

We hope this doesn't mean Wes has ignored the court order, but we can't think of any good reason for him to miss the date.

And Jennifer Lopez is the one who wants him arrested!

The former American Idol judge married her first love, Ojani Noa, in 1997 and then divorced him in 1998. Before that though, she made the mistake of letting him video tape her in compromising positions during their honeymoon.

She's been battling the release of the potentially embarassing footage ever since and successfully forced her ex to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Now she wants him to pay for all of her legal efforts to suppress the tape, but he never showed at a debtor hearing on July 26.

As a result, a new hearing has been set and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Court docs state:

After causing an uproar at a Bourbon Street bar in New Orleans this past Tuesday and allegedly assaulting a bartender, Cuba Gooding Jr. may be getting off scot-free.

Despite telling the police that Cuba shoved her not once, but twice during the altercation, the bartender is NOT pressing charges.

A spokeswoman from the Old Absinthe House told sources:

A warrant was reportedly issued for his arrest by the New Orleans Police Department after he allegedly assaulted a bartender at a Bourbon Street bar.
