Chris Brown Could End Up In Prison Over A Felony Charge! Find Out Why HERE!

chris brown possible felony charge

This is what happens when you do dumb things.

Chris Brown is on his way to Washington, D.C. right now for his misdemeanor assault case, which his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is trying to get dropped.

But the prosecution just threw a bedazzled wrench into their plans!

They’ve filed the docs to take the case to a grand jury for a felony prosecution, and they say they have the evidence to back it up due to the hospitalization of the alleged victim. If convicted, this could land Breezy in prison!

However, Geragos says the prosecution is just doing a dry run of the trial and wants the charges dismissed.

We’ll just have to see how it all plays out in the court room.

A small victory for Chris Brown might be coming!

The troublemaking singer is in the midst of an assault case, but he is lobbying for the charges to be thrown out and, we must admit, his argument seems pretty solid!

Breezy's clever lawyer, Mark Geragos, is claiming that prosecutors got an unfair advantage in the lawsuit for brawling with a fan in Washington D.C. last year.

Mark's insisting that the case be thrown out completely because prosecutors only brought the case before

Ben Affleck Testifies Before Congress On Violence In Africa! See Batman Try To Save Gotham, Err, The Congo HERE!

Jennifer Garner's gorgeous husband just went to Washington and you'll never believe why!!

Batman vs. Superman star Ben Affleck visited Capitol Hill on Wednesday and testified before the Senate's Committee on Foreign Relations!

No, seriously!!!

The A-list actor is an expert on the travesties occuring in the Congo and he advised a whole room full of senators, including former Presidential candidate John McCain, who were genuinely grateful for his expertise!!

Curious what Ben had to offer? Ch-ch-check out his whole testimony (above)!

Is he the world's best samaritan or if this is still just part of Ben's continued penance for starring in Gigli? We'll probably never know, but we're nevertheless grateful for his contribution because the problems in that region of the world are SERIOUS!

Over five million people have been killed there since civil war broke out in the late '90s and Ben's non-profit advocacy group, the Eastern Congo Initiative, attempts to curb some of that violence.

Keep up the inspirational work, Mr. Affleck!
