Donald Trump Is Suing A 'Hacker' Over Opinionated Websites & Domain Names!

donald trump suing for domainJ. Taikwok Yung is 33, lives with his mom in Brooklyn, and bought domain names that criticize Donald Trump and The Apprentice. Apparently you can't do that without being sued by Donald Trump, a man who we thought would have bigger fish to fry at all times with how busy he is!

NOPE. He really is suing J. for $400,000 in "damages." This is absurd!

J. fancies himself a hacker, and yet nothing he did was hacking, which actually is illegal. In fact, it just sounds like he beat Donald and his son Eric to the punch in registering domain names in 2007. This was right after Eric announced plans to build hotels and condos in southeast Asia: trumpindia.com, trumpbeijing.com, trumpmumbai.com and trumpabudhabi.com.

You'd think that the Trumps would be smart enough to register domains BEFORE they make announcements, right?? LOLz!

Anyway, the sites totes slam the billionaire and The Apprentice. Trump even offered J. $100 per domain name (how lavish!), which was promptly refused. Then, Trump took the case to the World Intellectual Property Organization, which ruled in his favor — J. then appealed, but the case was thrown out of court in Feb!

Here's what J. had to say:

Resale Sites Allow You To Sell Unwanted Deals

groupon-logo-profits.jpg

If you have ever had buyer’s remorse from shopping on sites like Groupon and LivingSocial, there’s now a solution.

New sites are popping up allowing you to re-sell your impulse purchases.

Sites like DealsGoRound.com, CoupRecoup.com, and LifeSta.com offer users to go online ad repost their unused deals.

It’s estimated that about 20% of the deals purchased online go unused, so why not get your money back and resell a package you no longer want or need?

The only downside we see is if the deal you purchased is non-transferable, so if it’s in your name, you might be stuck with it.

Otherwise, check out the sites above or the numerous new ones starting up and unload your unwanted deals!

Oh Em Goop! Jay-Z Gets His Own Rich People 'Life Style' Site, Too!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooSilly!Gwyneth PaltrowJay Z

jay-z-and-gwyneth-paltrow-interview-each-other-for-lifestyle-websites

Ha! Straight outta Compton, indeed!

Apparently, we've somehow slithered into some freakish, WASPy Twilight Zone-esque subreality, because Jay-Z has actually launched his own 'lifestyle' website, called LifeandTimes.com, and naturally, the only true way to properly be inducted into the 'Rich and Famous People Congratulating Themselves On Being Rich and Famous Via Lifestyle Website' club is to be interviewed by the GOOP queen herself, Gwyneth Paltrow!

And yes, that is exactly what happened. And it's just as horrifying and pretentious AMAZING as we could have dreamed!

Here are some ACTUAL HIGHlights:

Jay-Z:

I started working on it in its various incarnations over a year ago. I've thought about it forever. You know how it works, seeing other sites and being either inspired or saying, 'That's shit. I would do it like … '"

Gwyneth:

As someone who has walked through museums with you, eaten with you, heard music with you, I know firsthand how creativity in all areas lifts your consciousness. Do you feel that as a cultural figure of importance it is part of your responsibility to share what inspires you?

Jay-Z:

I think it's every human's job to inspire others, to feed one another's senses. Inspiration begets inspiration times infinity. Imagine if the person that was inspired to create the phonograph didn't share it with the world.

Yeah. Wow.

You'd think that such talented and creative people would be a little more aware of how blatantly and pretentiously their stroking each other's egos for the rest of the peasants world to see!

We know, we know! We must be faaaar too plebeian to understand the intricacies and self-realized wisdom that permeates our laptop screens everytime we click to GOOP - and now, LifeandTimes!

Thank goodness we all have them in our lives to truly TEACH us how it means to live! LOLz!

We're messing around, guys! But seriously - this is all waaaay a little too smug!

You're both great, you don't need to jerk each other's egos off any more!
