While the U.S. government ignored the 2012 Bay Area High Times Cannabis Cup, they aren't ignoring the self-proclaimed "largest medical marijuana dispensary in the world."

Federal prosecutors have filed civil forfeiture actions against the Harborside Health Center in Oakland, California. The government wants the dispensary to hand over two properties which serve "more than 100,000 patients" because:

This is going to be controversial.

On the new reality show Weed Wars, a dad gave his 5-year-old son medical marijuana due to the fact that the boy gets severe seizures.

In the above clip, dad Jason administers medical marijuana orally to his son. He says:

"I'm not trying to get my son high. I'm trying to cure my son's seizures."

The CBD tincture he used on his son Jayden was non-intoxicating, which means he wouldn't feel any side affect, such as getting high.

We feel for the young boy and it seems like the medical marijuana is helping, not hurting him. But it's such a dangerous line.
