After hosting SNL for the FIFTH TIME, we'd imagine he be tired. But this poor guy was tired AND sick! Ugh.. and it totally showed during his first appearance of the week, especially when he said:

"I'm on some weird drugs right now. Anything could happen on national TV right now!"

A new study out of Spain found that women who walk at least three hours every week are less likely to have a stroke!

Getting your blood pumping pretty well for just 30 minutes a day seems to be enough to lower a woman's stroke risk.

At least compared to those who don't walk at all.

It wasn't even a small amount… it was a whole 43% lower!!

Steffen Kjaergaard, a retired Norwegian cyclist, was a former teammate of Lance Armstrong.
