Stroke Risk Lowered In Women Who Walk!

A new study out of Spain found that women who walk at least three hours every week are less likely to have a stroke!

Getting your blood pumping pretty well for just 30 minutes a day seems to be enough to lower a woman's stroke risk.

At least compared to those who don't walk at all.

It wasn't even a small amount… it was a whole 43% lower!!

Lance Armstrong's Former Teammate Admits To Doping

Steffen Kjaergaard, a retired Norwegian cyclist, was a former teammate of Lance Armstrong.

He has been suspended from his job at the Norwegian Cycling Foundation after admitting that he had used the banned substances EPO and cortisone when racing.

Lance Armstrong Officially No Longer A Seven Tour De France Winner

We held out and gave Lance the benefit of the doubt for quite some time, but there comes a point when you can no longer do that. With last week's flood of evidence, that point has already come for us.
