While using elastic stretch bands sounds like a relatively inexpensive and effective way to stay in shape, don't let that fool you when it comes to Gwyneth Paltrow… we bet they're imported and covered in diamonds or something!

We kid, we kid. Apparently she uses ”elastic stretch bands” and a ”wooden workout stick” to stay in shape!

Teaming up with Tracy Anderson, Gwyn follows her 'Method' regime six times per week, which involves the use of elastic stretch bands, a wooden workout stick, dumbbells and ankle weights to shift the pounds.

Did somebody say Home Gym?!

Yes, it’s a viable option. You don’t need a lot. Some hand weights, resistance bands, a yoga mat, a few different workout dvds and you are ready to go — or do your own PT sessions with 5 x 100 punches, with sets of 50 sit ups, push ups, star jumps, burpees, squats, lunges and tricep dips in between each boxing set and that should be a pretty good workout for FREE, my favorite word!
