Anyone witnessing the stuff coming out of Amanda Bynes's mouth/twitter/life recently would probably not argue against a diagnosis of the young actress skirting the precipice of mental instability. We just hope they'd be wrong!

According to a few psychiatrists that were presented with a list of things on how she's been acting lately, our hopes start to get dashed. They're saying the behavior could be showing a range of issues.

There is a 20-year-old college student who lives with 15 inflatable pool toys.

And when we say lives with, we mean he eats with them, hangs out with them and even bathes them!

Ryan Lochte is an enigma.

He's done one of the most prestigious things that a human being can do — he has won an Olympic gold medal. No joke, there are people that dream of representing our country in such a fab way!

But then literally everything else he's ever done is like the opposite of winning Olympic gold. He has a reality show on the way, collects "grills," and misses the point of iconic album covers. Now, we can add to that list: a hotdog is being named after him!

Will apparently made a Super Bowl commercial for Old Milwaukee beer that only aired in three cities, Glendive, Montana; Sherman, Texas and Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Word on the street is he doesn't even get paid for the ads but he said:

"[I'm] given creative freedom to revive a brand and shoot crazy fun commercials."

So we guess as long as he gets to be ridiculous, he's happy.

This commercial rides the line between weird/funny and WTF!

Dr. Phil was lucky enough to be able to sit down with Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, the mastermind behind the Manti Te'o girlfriend hoax.

If you've been living under a rock or just don't own a TV, we've previously mentioned that the whole Manti Te'o scandal has only been getting more confusing.

Manti is still sticking to the story that he wasn't in on anything and that he's still a victim.

He explains away some of the weirdness of this whole story by saying that he lied about actually meeting his fake girlfriend because he was afraid people would think he was crazy for having an intense relationship with someone he'd never met before.

Well now we're going to hear the other side of the story… the hoaxer's story.
