Even Marc Jacobs' New York City home wasn't immune to the powerful Hurricane Sandy!
The designer was forced out of his $10.5 million West Village townhouse last week after the hurricane left it completely flooded.
Marc's only lived at the Superior Ink location for a little over a year and says he has to find a completely new place to live.
In the meantime, MJ's taken up residence at The Mark Hotel in the Upper East Side with other displaced fashionistas like Anna Wintour and Carine Roitfeld.
Could be worse.

And she's going to great lengths to stop it, including *gasp* an appearance at a community board meeting!?
On Wednesday night Anna Wintour and 100 residents came together to vote against the new Jamaican restaurant Miss Lily that will be opening in the West Village.
Vogue's editor-in-chief voiced her concerns over the new development saying:
"This is a unique historic neighborhood. I'm also concerned for the safety of the kids here. I would like everyone who wants to vote against this project to raise their hand."
A board member quickly chimed in at Anna's request arguing she couldn't do that, so instead they all clapped very loudly.
Wintour's son, Charlie added "this is not a place for bars. I don't care if you call it a restaurant. No restaurant stays open until 2 am."
The "restaurant" maintains they aren't a club and would be safe and quiet. However, we doubt that's a good enough answer for Anna.
The community board said it will be issuing Miss Lily a recommendation soon.
