Vicki Gunvalson, star of Real Housewives of Orange County, is lucky to be alive after she fell off a mountain!!

Well, more like down a mountain, but still, scary stuff!

Vicki was skiing down a slope in Park City, Utah just before the New Year.

While flying down the mountain, a snowboarder apparently cut her off and she ended up falling face first down the mountain!

Oh No!! How terrifying!!

Will.i.am was driving with Cheryl Cole after a looong night in the recording studio when he crashed his Cadillac into a parked car in El Lay.

The collision caused the car to inflate his air-bag, giving him a bloody nose from impact. Cheryl's air-bag is said to have not triggered, as it seems she banged her beautiful head on the dashboard!!

Poor Chezza!!

Witnesses of the 3:30am incident say both stars were obviously shaken from the crash, with blood dripping from their noses and tears streaming from Cheryl's eyes. Awww!

But don't fret too hard… they're both fine now!

Well. This will officially put to rest all of the criticism thrown at her for not being involved in so much of the writing process for her latest album!

We reported earlier that Britney Spears had given Selena Gomez a song she penned herself, called Whiplash, for the Disney starlet's upcoming album, and now we've gotten word that it's not stopping there!

That's right, our Brit Brit went ahead and penned TWO MORE tracks specifically meant for Selenita!

According to producer Kevin Rudolf:

"The lyrics are like a drug, so catchy! It's easy, fast and really sexy!"

NICE! Really, it's so good to hear that Brit was not only thoughtful enough to want to help Selena out, but that she's also still focusing on writing - even if it's not for herself!

Fingers crossed that she'll do some back-up vocals!
