The gay pastor who said an employee at Whole Foods wrote a homophobic slur on a cake has dropped his lawsuit against the company and now says they "did nothing wrong."
Last month, Jordan Brown sued the company, claiming he ordered a cake from the grocery chain with the phrase "Love Wins" on it, and instead received a cake with an added "F*g" written under the pro-LGBT message.
But Brown got himself into a sticky situation when Whole Foods strongly backed their employee and denied his accusations. And the fact they countersued the pastor for defamation was just icing on the cake!
Now Brown has dropped his lawsuit and issued an apology to the company, admitting he was "wrong to pursue this matter and use the media to perpetuate this story."
