The View's Whoopi Goldberg tells the story of her two cats, reenacting confrontations between the two. Her old cat doesn't seem to like her new rescue cat too much.

Her rescue cat was featured on an earlier episode of The View as a kitten who survived being thrown out of a moving vehicle (holy shiz!) and was now up for adoption.

Cognates to the happy couple!

In July a poor little baby kitten was thrown out of moving car on an NYC bridge. So, naturally, the next day that kitten was a guest on The View. (Check out his appearance above!)

After the taping Whoopi Goldberg said she wanted to adopt the cat… but so did a TON of NY residence, including Former Borough President Guy Molinari. But after 5-weeks of waiting, it looks like Whoopi won out!

"For all of you who remember me on The View meeting Verrazano. I adopted him and I was finally able to take him home."

Whoops announced on her facebook page Monday. The only one not so excited about the adpotion: Whoopi's older cat Oliver.

"Oliver's not too happy but, Vinny is having the time of his life," she said. "I think he'll get Oliver to come around sooner than later."

He better understand! He should be proud to share a littler box with such a famous pussy!!!

Thanks to Hallmark and the American Humane Association, recognition will be given to 'thousands of specially trained dogs giving comfort to people every day' on November 11.

Utilizing celebrities as judges, the AHA will host a televised contest which will award the best of the best with their very own red carpet gala in Beverly Hills.

Stars like Ewan McGregor and Betty White are set to judge as well as Whoopi Goldberg, Kristin Chenoweth, and Jillian Michaels!

So not only with this be an unbearably cute event, it will be a star-studded one too!

The celebs will judge in eight categories: law enforcement and arson dogs; service dogs; therapy dogs; military dogs; guide dogs; search and rescue dogs; hearing dogs, and emerging hero dogs for every day pets who do extraordinary things.

And what award show would be complete without honoring a very special person pet with tribute for their life achievement?

Rin Tin Tin, a WW1 rescue pup who later became an American movie star, will be given the show's legacy award. Accepting his award will be one of his grandpups.

It's sure to be a special event, so make sure you tune in to the Hallmark Channel on November 11 to catch the awards!
