Zoo keepers at Burgers' Zoo in The Netherlands were surprised when a baby rhino decided to enter the world earlier than expected.

The baby rhino may be a preemie but he's stable and healthy!

Even though he was born 6 weeks early and no zoo keepers were around to see it!

His 12-year-old mother is healthy too!

They are white rhinos and they are listed as Near Threatened which means that as a species in the wild, they're not doing too well. Mainly because of poaching.

That's so sad because they're so CUTE!

This is crazy!

Several national park rangers in Africa were trying to release a leopard back into the wild.

Knowing how fast and dangerous leopards are, they rigged up a series of ropes to open the big cat's cage so they could be far away when they let it go.

But once the cage was open, the leopard wouldn't leave its cage.

So a ranger started poking the cat with a big stick!

Bad idea!

Doesn't matter if you're a plant or an animal, living near humans is not good for you.

Whether it's hunting, fishing, habitat destruction or pollution, humans are rapidly killing off all kinds of different species of flora and fauna.

The IUCN and the Zoological Society of London have released a list of the top 100 most endangered species on the planet.

So if you run across any of them, don't disturb them!

Or get them to mate!

Just don't kill any!

The Japanese River Otter has just been officially declared extinct.

Whoa! That's one friendly squirrel.

Squirrels are normally so skittish, running away at the first sign of people, diving into a tree hole or under a moving car's tires.

But not this little guy!

He's best friends with this fine young gentleman. They even play "toss the squirrel," which apparently they both seem to like.

We're not sure if this squirrel is totally wild though, cause c'mon, that little guy is way too friendly.

Omg omg omg!!!

That is literally the CUTEST little kitty we have ever seen ever!

EVER!

Look at his little feet! Ah!

Zoo Tel Aviv Ramat-Gan in Israel was lucky to have mama Sand Cat, Rotem, who gave birth to four of the cutest baby sand kitties we've ever seen.

We're seriously about to run to Israel real quick to go try and steal one of these little guys.

We're kidding obvi, but these little guys would be the best cuddle buddies.

Sadly they're extinct in the wild so thank goodness for this zoo or else no one would get to enjoy their insane adorbzness!
