Wildfires have been ravaging the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana and have damaged about 18,000 acres of land.

It is estimated that about 1,200 horses and cattle are without much feed, if any at all.

The land will obviously take months to recover from the fire, but feed will be even more scarce as new babies are born.

This is where the ASPCA stepped in with a generous donation of $15,000.

Massive wildfires have been raging through Texas, destroying over 1300 homes.

According to the Texas Forest Service:

“In the past seven days Texas Forest Service has responded to 186 fires for 156,517 acres.”

The worst of these fires stretched for 16 miles in Bastrop County, east of Austin.

These fires have separated hundreds of pets from their owners.

Austin Pets Alive! has been putting together photos of the animals, currently residing in shelters, to try and reconnect them with their owners.
