Here we go again.
Wildfox and Amazon are learning the hard way not to mess with the Hells Angels.
Like last year's lawsuit against Alexander McQueen, the motorcycle club is suing the El Lay based clothing company and online retailer for selling a t-shirt with "My Boyfriends A Hells Angel" printed across the front and wings on the back.
The Hells Angels claim both sides of the shirt infringe on not only their trademarked name, but also the skull-with-wings death head.
Their lawyer Fritz Clapp (the same guy who successfully got McQueen to pull their infringing items down and destroyed) says the lawsuit is to "not just to punish, but to educate". Adding:
"Somebody thought erroneously that Hells Angels is a generic term…Getting this stuff off the market is our highest priority. Hells Angels is a membership mark, and it denotes membership in the organization. Even the Hells Angels do not put it on T-shirts they sell to the public."
They probably don't appreciate the t-shirt being grammatically incorrect either.

We can always count on celebrities to make the Coachella Valley Music Festival a fashionable event and this year was no different.
Dita Von Teese got the first day of the music fest off to a bright start in a multi-colored neon Moschino front dress
On day 2, Katy Perry kept cool in a D&G lace dress that she topped off with a Mercy Delta scarf
Vanessa Hudgens fully embraced her inner hippy on day 3 in a crochet halter top and Wildfox high waist shorts. She's also still trying to make that chain leg garter happen, but no luck.
Later that evening, a chilly Kelly Osbourne came out in a leather jacket, Chanel shirt and black and white flats.
Also braving the desert weather that night was Paris Hilton in a cute floral print baby doll dress and her lover Cy Waits who looked like he was freezing.
Which celeb do U think was best dressed???
