Uh oh.

William Shatner apparently went all Rocket Man and "harassed and berated" a former employee after that employee was injured on set and then refused to sign an injury waiver - now the Star Trek man is getting sued.

Say it ain't so, Kirk!

Oscar Alfaro and his wife Delmy filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior court. Oscar claims he was Shatner's handyman and Delmy says she was a housekeeper.

Oscar says he was injured while working in Shatner's Studio City home and the actor wanted him to sign an injury waiver form.

When Oscar refused, the two claim they suffered humiliation, embarrassment, and mental anguish in addition to the loss of earnings when they were forced to quit their jobs because of Shatner's harassment.

If these allegations are true then Shatner won't be able to blame his fictional arch enemy–Kahnnnnnn!!!!

It's not just Grammy season, folks!

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences announced the list of nominees for the 2012 Juno Awards this morning, while will be airing live on CTV Sunday, April 1st from Scotiabank Place and hosted by none other than William Shatner, and it looks like two of our FAVORITE Canucks, Drake and Feist, are in the lead with FOUR nominations each this year!

And not only that!

Feist, alongside Hedley, Nickelback, Blue Rodeo, City and Colour, and deadmau5 have already been confirmed as performers this year, and there are MORE to come!

Woo!

We bet he shat himself as soon as he heard.. womp womp!!

After selling Priceline for 14 years (wow, has it really been that long?), the company has decided to give William Shatner the ax… by literally killing him off in the new commercial!!!

In an ad to debut next week, Shatner rescues travelers off a crazy train running into death itself. His last words? "Save yourselves! Save money!!"

Finally! A reason to care about turkey deep frying safety!

What we have here is a docudrama/psa from the one and only William Shatner, highlighting his failures and the dangers that come with frying a turkey for thanksgiving.

It's hilarious and the fire looks fantastically fake, and we don't even know where to begin about how many times they say, "dingle dangle."

This oughta stir up some controversy with sci-fi fans!

Check out the video (above) of William Shatner explaining why he feels that Star Trek is better than Star Wars.

He makes some valid points, but he's CLEARLY going to be biased since he WAS Captain Kirk after all!

Maybe next time they can have Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill explain why HE thinks Star Wars is better!

…Actually, maybe he wouldn't prefer Star Wars. It hasn't really treated him so well over the years, now has it? LOLz.
