Looks like their long legal battle could be coming to an end… maybe.

Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are currently dealing with a 41-count indictment, because of their mail and wire fraud conspiracy, but they may make it out of this without having to do tons of jail time.

Actually, Teresa may not have to do any!

Joe previously took the blame for what happened, but both parties will suffer some kind of punishment in the plea deal they’ve offered the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Anne Hathaway was all set to love Raffaello Follieri forever. …but then he turned out to be this HUGE criminal!

After pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy, and money laundering, Raffa spent four years in prison before being deported back to Italy!

He says he thought his life was over, but he learned to get by — one day at a time. (And hopefully by also realizing four years in prison is actually pretty good for 14 counts of all THAT!)

Anne Hathaway's Criminal Ex Set To Be Released From Prison…And Deported!

Raffaello Follieri free prison deportation

Wow! We can't believe it's already been this long!

You may recall that before Anne Hathaway became involved with Adam Shulman in 2008, she dated Raffaello Follieri, the con-man who was arrested on fraud charges after stealing millions from investors in a scheme in which he posed as the Vatican's point man on real estate!

Remember? Although poor girl wasn't charged, she had her own journals confiscated by the FBI during the investigation, and even had to give back jewelry he had given her as gifts!

Well, after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy and serving nearly four years behind bars, Follieri is expected to be released from prison tomorrow, and will be handed over to federal officials to be deported!

According to a spokesman for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement:

Blagojevich Convicted…Barely

Looks like the former Governor of Illinois is in luck!

Rod Blagojevich was convicted of giving false information to feds, but he got away with 23 other charges due to a Hung Jury!

The Jurors were in deliberation for 14 days, but they just couldn't come together to convict him on the major corruption charges. Good for you douchebag Blago, good for you!

Blago's more serious charges included racketeering, wire fraud, attempted extortion, and bribery.

Bribery, eh? We HOPE you didn't bribe any members of that jury, Blago. We really hope not.

What do U think of the verdict of the Blago trial?
