It seems Linday Lohan isn’t the only one getting herself in trouble.

In spite of witness tampering allegations, Southern California law enforcement will be taking “no action” against LiLo’s New York-based attorney Mark Heller.

The allegations claimed that “Mark Heller asked Lohan’s former assistant, Gavin Doyle, to change his testimony at her lying to cops trial,” — testimony that would state Gavin as the cause of the car accident he and Lindsay were in last year. Uhh, a bit desperate illegal, Mark, no??

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise us.

The Orange County, FL Sherriff's Department has announced that it is doing an investigation into allegations of witness tampering in the Casey Anthony trial.

Officials have not named which witness they're referring to, but did confirm that the person in question is NOT Casey's mother, Cindy. Cindy was responsible for what some people believed was questionable testimony while defending her daughter during the trial.

Detective John Allen said that some people have already been interviewed in the investigation, adding:

"In regards to where we will go, it really depends on what information we get and what people come forward to provide additional information."

These are some pretty big allegations. If they are true, the outcome of this case could have been greatly different. This smells like O.J. all over again. Crazy.

The dramz continues for Lance Armstrong!

After Tyler Hamilton's report of "aggressive contact" at a Colorado restaurant with the man he accused of illegally doping on 60 Minutes, the FBI is requesting the surveillance footage to investigate any witness tampering.

Jodi Larner, co-owner of the restaurant and Lance's friend, has said that the coincidental meeting wasn't nearly as aggressive as Hamilton claims, while Lance described it as "certainly awkward for both of us" but "truly uneventful."

However, Ms. Larner doesn't think the video will be much help to the FBI because the confrontation took place at the bar, but the surveillance only covers the kitchen area.

We wish there was more hard evidence to back up either side's story, hopefully authorities get to the bottom of this soon.
