Patricia Krentcil is sticking to leather seats her story- she's innocent!

The Tanning Mom says she was set up from the word "go!" Though she admits to being a UV addict, she says she never tanned her daughter. She says:

"My love of tanning started when I was about 23. Everyone has some form of addictions and I liked to tan but I never put Anna in the room… It's not a booth, it's a room like what I'm sitting in right now with a tanning table. But she was never in the booth, I don't know how many times I have to say it."

She knows there are a lot of people out there who still don't believe her, but Patricia believes she has an ace in the hole- foolproof evidence of her innocence! She says:

"If we go to court, I have witnesses. This is a big misunderstanding on everyone's part. I know exactly what happened, there's a camera in the place, the owners know I didn't do that."

If there really is video exonerating her, why hasn't she sought it out already? We hope she is telling the truth, but why wait to prove everyone wrong?

Is the Tanning Mom afraid of being seen as jerky?

How AWFUL!

While it comes as no surprise in this day and age, we're actually still shocked that their are reportedly people actually trying to profit from Tony Scott's suicide!

There were numerous witnesses watching as the director parked on the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, California and proceeded to jump to his death, but some were using their cell phones to video tape the incident too.

Now sources are saying that people with footage are shopping it around!

Yuck! We hope no outlets bite this deplorable bait because it's not something anybody needs or should want to see.

It's a shame that the people recording were more worried about capturing the footage than they were about trying to talk Tony out of taking his own life!

Cops are REALLY wanting to talk to Lindsay Lohan … NOW!!

A witness, who comes from the alleged assault victim's side of the story, is telling police Linds was the one who instigated the now infamous fight at the Standard Hotel!!

According to her, it was all over a "bump!"

While LiLo and Marisa Dugas sat in neighboring booths a few weeks back, the witness claims Lindsay tapped Marisa and said, "Did you bump me?"

Marisa of course denied it and pinned the blame on a man in Lindsay's group — her father, Michael Lohan — to which Lindsay replied, "That's my dad! Why would he bump me?"

The girl shot back, "You go clubbing with your dad!?!"

(No, srsly, she was hanging out with her dad??? Doesn't she avoid him???)

And that's when things got UGLY!!! The witness says

Uh Oh, LiLo… not so fast!! Have the tables turned??

Attorney Mark Haushalter represents the woman who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her at the Standard's Smoke and Mirrors nightclub. And he seems like he means business!

He asserts that Linds is lying about her whereabouts the night of the accusations, claiming to have TWO witnesses that can place her at the club that evening.

Hmm… two witnesses… but how credible are they???

We're not saying we don't believe Lindsay isn't capable of falling into more drama, but we also know there are plenty of people who would lie for a check!!

And what a perfect time to come out and make up a story, LOL! Maybe the alleged victim thinks Lindsay's team would rather pay for silence than drag on more bad publicity.

But if that's the case, she should have evaluated how much money Lindsay probably actually has right now. She's not exactly Angelina Jolie right now, LOL!!

Still, this lawyer believes in his client and he is ready to FIGHT!

Witnesses at Vanity Fair's Oscar party at the Sunset Tower report that Elizabeth Olsen and Alexander Skarsgard spent a majority of the evening ignoring the other guests while they, ahem, got to know each other!

A source says:

“They were talking in a corner, for a long time.”

Hmmm…maybe they actually WERE getting to know each other!

We certainly hope so, anyway!

These two would look HAWT together! Don't U think?

Also, it seems ASkars has a type! This Olsen has a strong resemblance to The Bos, no?

Oksana Grigorieva says she has third-party witnesses to Mel Gibson’s brutality. To quote rapper T.I., “Bring em out! Bring em out! Bring em out! Bring em out!”

Sources say that there are multiple witnesses to the January 6 incident, at least one of whom claims to have seen Gibson pull a gun on Oksana, after allegedly punching her.

A gun? Really? Not quite sure how you’re gonna get out of this one, Mel, and we’re happy about that.

Perhaps you can try to convince the L.A. County Sheriff’s investigators that you were rehearsing for Lethal Weapon 5.
