Four months after facing monumental backlash for acting in a Woody Allen film, Kate Winslet has finally hinted at the "bitter regrets" she's had in working with *certain individuals*!
Speaking at the London Critics' Circle Film Awards on Sunday, where she was honored with the Dilys Powell Award for Excellence in Film, the actress said in her acceptance speech:
"I wouldn't be able to stand here this evening, and keep to myself some bitter regrets that I have at poor decisions to work with individuals with whom I wish I had not."
As we reported, the 42-year-old has been criticized for starring in Allen's upcoming film Wonder Wheel — a role she has relentlessly gushed over throughout awards campaign season, along the filmmaker's "genius," while remaining silent on the accusations that have long surrounded the director.
