Kate Moss' Cocaine Past Preventing Her From Celebrating Her Playboy Cover In The US!?

Did Playboy have to relocate Kate Moss' Playboy cover party because of her 2005 cocaine scandal??

As we reported earlier, Kate Moss will be covering Playboy’s 60th anniversary issue in her birthday suit!

To celebrate the nudie mag's milestone, Hugh Hefner & Co. were planning a giant bash for the supermodel in El Lay, but it sounds like all those epic plans have to be shipped across the pond!

According to sources, Mossy is struggling to get a US work visa after her notorious cocaine scandal in 2005. Another reason for hugs, not drugs, Perezcious readers!

Chris Brown Banned In The UK For Beating Down Rihanna His Criminal Record!

chris-brown-banned-from-performing-in-uk-due-to-criminal-record

Too bad! So sad!

Although Chris Brown was expected to perform live at the Michael Jackson tribute concert being held in Cardiff tomorrow, he has now been cut from the line-up after his work visa application was denied, due to his criminal record here in the states!

You know, from viciously assault his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009?!

Wonder how he took the news??

We all know how much he loves a good temper tantrum when his anger issues are brought up or he doesn't get his way!

Oh well! Actions have consequences - sometimes even ones that last for YEARS!

Better he learn now!

Chezza's Past Assault Conviction Could Affect Her Work Visa In The USA!

cheryl-cole-may-have-complications-coming-to-usa-due-to-past-assault-conviction

Oh, no! But it was so long ago!

Cheryl Cole has reportedly accepted a position on the judging panel for the U.S. version of X Factor, but she may have trouble smoothly transitioning stateside due to an assault occasioning actual bodily harm conviction she has against her from back in 2003!

The arrest in question happened when Chezza was 19 and beginning her career with Girls Aloud. She was at a club in Surrey, and punched Sophie Amogbokpa when the bathroom attendant tried to stop the singer from taking a lollipop. She was then sentenced to 120 unpaid hours of community service!

Ridiculous, right?

However, U.S. law forces all visa applicants to disclose any convictions that they might have on their application forms, and in more serious cases, they must be appealed by authorities!

Visa and Immigration Lawyer Susan McFadden explains:

‘If the conviction is for something that triggers ineligibility the person would have to appeal for a waive.'

We seriously doubt that something as minor as a bathroom fight in a nightclub from over seven years ago will affect her work visa, but you never know!

Poor Chezza needs a break after the year that she's had, so we've got our fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for her!

Hang in there, bb!

Larry King Is Sticking Around For A Bit

Filed under: Icky Icky PooTV NewsLarry KingPiers Morgan

Larry King's corpse will be detached from his seat on Larry King Live a little later than anticipated, because new host Piers Morgan is having difficulty getting his work visa!

Since Morgan is a British citizen, he needs a special visa that allows him to work full-time in another country, and to get your hands on one is apparently not an easy feat!

Because of this, King may be holding down the fort until late October, early November, although CNN maintains that "no date has been announced yet, there's nothing specific at this point."

Lame!

Can't somebody extradite the process? If they can get effing Lindsanity LOLhan a new passport in a timely manner because she ruined her old one doing lines of adderall off of it lost her old one, we think a full-time work visa for a legitimate human being shouldn't be too much of a hassle!

Thoughts??
