So when we see him goof-ballin' it up (emphasis on the baaaaallin'!) on set of the new Adidas ad he's working on, we get a huge smile just knowing that he's all about livening it up, rather than phoning it in!

What's the biggest thing to remember when working out??

Consistency!

We aren't talking about doing the same things over and over — we're talkin' about making sure you're sticking to getting a workout AT ALL, in the general sense!

If you're taking 3-4 times a week to make sure you're movin', it matters much less about what you do!

This is pretty incredz, no matter how you look at it! Snooki, the queen of the Shore, lost a TON of weight after giving birth to little Lorenzo… a whopping 44 pounds!

Matthew McConaughey considered himself a good friend of Lance Armstrong's, living in the same city and working out together for years.

Now, he's not so sure.

On one hand, he can understand why he wasn't told — but on the other, it still doesn't excuse the lies. He was shocked when he heard Lance's confession… and anger eventually turned to sadness.

Tim Tebow was spotted training all the way out in Arizona yesterday!

The New York Jets have made it pretty clear that they're kinda done with Tebow, so Tebow is done with them! At least for the moment.

He was seen working out with a personal trainer on the track of Paradise Valley Community College in Phoenix.
