At least it seems like they're making the effort!

Yesterday, we heard that Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore went on a camping trip in an effort to get some privacy and talk things out.

Sources were saying that the goal of the trip was for Ashton to talk about his infidelity with Demi, and we were hoping that they'd be able to resolve some of their issues.

Now, we're hearing some new details about the camping trip! Here are a couple of highlights:

Wait a second…we thought you were trying to work things out with David? Or are you and Josh just FRIENDS? LOLz.

Check out the photo (above) of Courteney Cox and Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins lookin' good together at the beach in St. Barts.

It would certainly be nice to see Courteney and David work things out, but we're not gonna lie - Cox and Hopkins seem to be a good match, physically at least!

Guess we'll find out sooner than later if the hookup rumors between these two are true…or if Courteney and David will, in fact, return to each other.

Who do U think Courteney will end up with? David? Josh Hopkins? Someone else?
